Es un vino tinto de gran densidad, estructura y equilibrio. producido en cantidades limitadas de viñedos seleccionados. Burdese es un gran vino para el envejecimiento. que ofrece una complejidad de aromas y sabores, fruto del sol siciliano.
Perfecto para combinar con carnes condimentadas, a la parrilla y con cualquier platillo bastante condimentado.
